    This policy defines acceptable use standards for SkyCloud-managed systems, client portals, workspaces, and support platforms.

    Purpose

    SkyCloud systems are provided for legitimate business, ministry, nonprofit, and operational use. Users are expected to protect system integrity, client data, and service reliability.

    Acceptable Use

    • Accessing authorized systems and resources
    • Submitting legitimate support requests
    • Sharing approved business files and documentation
    • Using hosted services for normal operational workflows
    • Communicating with SkyCloud support through approved channels

    Prohibited Use

    • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
    • Sharing credentials insecurely
    • Uploading malicious files or scripts
    • Using systems for spam, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
    • Attempting to bypass security controls
    • Disrupting hosted services or other users

    Credential Responsibilities

    • Users must protect their login credentials
    • Shared administrative accounts should be avoided when possible
    • Compromised credentials must be reported immediately
    • Access should only be used for authorized purposes

    Enforcement

    SkyCloud may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when activity threatens security, service reliability, client data, or operational integrity.
