• Monitoring review
• Backup validation

Maintenance Standards

• Production-impacting work should be planned carefully
• Backups must be verified before major changes
• Rollback capability should exist before maintenance begins
• External access validation should occur after maintenance

Emergency Maintenance

• Security incidents may require immediate intervention
• Critical outages should prioritize service restoration
• Emergency actions must still be documented afterward

Operational Expectations
