This document explains how workspace access is managed within SkyCloud-operated environments.

Access Philosophy

Workspace access should remain secure, controlled, and operationally supportable.

Access Standards

• User accounts should remain individually assigned
• Administrative access should remain restricted
• Access permissions should follow operational need
• Unused accounts should be reviewed periodically

Security Expectations

• Strong passwords are required
• Credentials should not be shared insecurely
• Suspicious authentication activity should be reported immediately
• Multi-factor authentication should be enabled where possible

Workspace environments should remain reliable, secure, and operationally manageable.
